Hercules Site Services Plc has successfully raised approximately £8 million through a new share issuance, with proceeds aimed at strengthening the company’s balance sheet and funding future acquisitions. The company also announced the sale of shares by the CEO and his wife to Wasdell Packaging Limited, alongside the appointment of Martin Tedham as a Non-Executive Director. Notable investor Ged Mason OBE has also joined the company’s share registry, acquiring a 9.5% stake and bringing vast industry experience to Hercules.
