Hercules Silver Transforms into Hercules Metals

Hercules Silver Corp. has officially changed its name to Hercules Metals Corp., a move that aligns with the company’s expanded focus on a diverse metals portfolio, including a significant new copper discovery in Idaho. The company will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker ‘BIG.’ Additionally, shareholders approved an amendment to By-Law No. 1, and the company granted new incentive stock options to an employee.
