Hengxin Technology Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 10 July 2024 to seek shareholder approval for an Equity Purchase Agreement signed by its subsidiary, Xin Ke Xin. Shareholders are entitled to vote directly or appoint up to two proxies to vote on their behalf. The meeting will also cover the authorization for directors to execute necessary documents related to the agreement.
