Hengdeli Holdings Limited has announced the closure of its voluntary partial cash offer, managed by Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, to purchase shares from qualifying shareholders. The offer, which concluded on August 15, 2024, received acceptances for approximately 30.79% of its issued shares, with a total approval rate of about 66.21%. The acceptance of shares exceeded the offered amount, leading to a prorated distribution based on a predefined formula.
