Hengan International Group Company Limited has announced a change of auditors, with PricewaterhouseCoopers stepping down on August 19, 2024, after serving since 1998, due to disagreements over remuneration for the upcoming financial year. The company’s board, advised by the Audit Committee, has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new auditor to enhance cost-effectiveness and maintain good corporate governance. No other issues were reported regarding the change, which is not expected to affect the annual audit for the financial year 2024.
