Helix Exploration Stake Adjusted by Oberon Investments

Helix Exploration Plc (GB:HEX) has released an update.

Helix Exploration PLC has notified stakeholders of a significant change in share ownership following the acquisition or disposal of financial instruments by Oberon Investments Limited. The transaction resulted in Oberon Investments Limited’s voting rights in Helix Exploration decreasing to 11.801%, with a total of 14,556,040 voting rights as of 16th July 2024. This adjustment reflects a slight decrease from the previous notification’s 12.024% stake in the company.
