Amerino Gatti has announced his departure from the Board of Directors of Helix Energy Solutions Group, effective August 30, 2024, to take on a full-time position with a major global energy company. His resignation is amicable, with no disputes regarding company operations, and comes after six years of service. Following his exit, Helix will downsize its Board from eight to seven members, with Chairman William L. Transier expressing gratitude for Gatti’s contributions and wishing him success in his new endeavor.
