Helios Underwriting (GB:HUW) has released an update.
Helios Underwriting plc completed its share buyback programme by purchasing 2,466,666 ordinary shares at 150p each, as previously announced on 19 June 2024. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the total voting rights to 72,442,947. The transaction was facilitated by Deutsche Numis on the AIMX venue.
