Helios Energy Ltd has announced the departure of director Hui Ye, effective June 30, 2024, as detailed in their Final Director’s Interest Notice to the ASX. The notice reveals that Hui Ye held an indirect interest in the company through Notable Pioneer Limited, amounting to over 605 million fully paid ordinary shares. No direct interests were registered in Ye’s name, nor were there any interests in contracts reported.
