Helical (GB:HLCL) has released an update.
Helical PLC has announced the sale of a 50% stake in its 100 New Bridge Street office redevelopment project in London to Orion Capital Managers for £55 million. The project aims to deliver a 194,000 square foot sustainable office space by refurbishing the existing building with new cladding, additional floors, and a terrace with views of Central London, slated for completion in March 2026. The proceeds from the sale will support Helical’s ongoing development initiatives.
