Helical (GB:HLCL) has released an update.
Helical PLC has announced Matthew Bonning-Snook as its new CEO, taking over from Gerald Kaye at the upcoming AGM in July. Kaye, who has been with Helical for 30 years, will remain as an external consultant to aid the company’s development projects. Under Kaye’s leadership, the company faced numerous challenges but continued to thrive, and the Board is confident in Bonning-Snook’s ability to lead Helical through its next phase, especially with current challenging market conditions.
