Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Ltd (AU:HLI) has released an update.
Pauline Blight-Johnston, a director at Helia Group Limited, has updated her interest in the company by acquiring an additional 348,645 Share Rights under the company’s Share Rights Plan, following the approval at the HLI Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2024. This transaction has increased her total holdings to 1,473,629 Share Rights, in addition to her existing 173,259 Ordinary shares in HLI, with no securities disposed of in the process.
