Heineken Holding NV (GB:0NBD) has released an update.
Heineken Holding N.V. is set for a leadership transition as Jean-Marc Huët is proposed to succeed Maarten Das as Chair of the Board of Directors at the upcoming AGM in April 2025. Huët brings extensive experience, currently chairing Lonza Group and Vermaat Groep, and will step down from his roles at Heineken N.V. Meanwhile, Alexander de Carvalho is expected to be reappointed as a non-executive member for another term.
