Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. recently conducted its Annual Meeting where shareholders voted on various proposals, including an important amendment to reduce the quorum requirement for shareholder meetings. Initially lacking sufficient votes, the meeting was adjourned. However, during a reconvened session on February 15, 2024, shareholders passed the amendment, effectively lowering the number of shares required to establish a quorum, thereby streamlining the decision-making process for future meetings.
