Health Catalyst (HCAT) has released an update.
Bryan Hunt is stepping down as CFO of the Company, with a transition period as a senior advisor. His exit includes a severance package with cash, stock units, and extended option exercise. Jason Alger is to take over as CFO, with a salary boost and performance-based incentives, while Daniel LeSueur will become COO, also with a salary increase and similar stock options. Director Mark Templeton resigned without conflict, with an accelerated vesting of his stock units. All appointments and resignations are effective March 1, 2024.
