Headlam Group plc has witnessed Aberforth Partners LLP crossing the threshold for major holdings, acquiring an increased voting rights share of 13.53%, up from the previous notification of 11.55%. The notification, which includes no use of financial instruments to acquire these rights, specifies a total of 10,933,089 voting rights held as of May 7, 2024, and was completed in Edinburgh on May 8, 2024.
