HDFC Bank Limited announces that its 30th AGM is scheduled for August 09, 2024, with dividends to be paid following shareholder approval. The bank’s board has appointed M/s Batliboi & Purohit as joint statutory auditors for a three-year term, subject to annual RBI approval, and M/s BNP & Associates as the secretarial auditor for FY 2024-25.
