HDFC Bank has disclosed minor penalties imposed by state tax authorities in Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Assam, totaling Rs.0.009 crore for alleged tax credit and documentation issues. The Bank is considering legal actions, including appeals, in response to these penalties. The financial impact of these penalties, including tax, interest, and penalty, amounts to Rs.0.066 crore.
