HC Group (DE:HCI) has released an update.
HC Group Inc. has announced that it will relocate its head office and principal place of business in China to a new address in Beijing, effective from 27 May 2024. The move does not affect the company’s registered address and main business location in Hong Kong. This strategic change was disclosed by the company’s board of directors on 23 May 2024.
