HBM Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Ka Chi Yau from his positions as independent non-executive Director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee, effective 21 June 2024. Dr. Xiaoping Ye and Dr. Albert R. Collinson will assume new roles in the Board’s committees following Mr. Yau’s departure. The company is seeking a replacement to comply with Hong Kong’s Listing Rules regarding the necessary financial expertise on their Audit Committee.
