HBK Investments L.P. and its associated entities have become substantial holders in Altium Ltd, acquiring a total of 6,644,263 ordinary shares, which equates to a 5.04% voting power in the company. The shares are currently registered in the names of major financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and JPMorgan Securities LLC, with the Entities having the right to control voting and disposal of these shares.
