Hays plc has announced that senior management team members received awards of ordinary shares under the company’s Deferred Annual Bonus Plan, with no cost attached to the shares. The executives, including the CEO, CFO, and several Executive Leadership Team members, were granted varying amounts of shares on September 6, 2024.
