This decision follows a strategic review aimed at prioritizing profitability and aligning with the company’s core strengths. The disposal aims to reduce costs associated with the persistently loss-making unit while maintaining a distribution channel in Korea. The transaction, considered a related party transaction, was completed for a nominal sum, with Haydale granting exclusive distribution rights for one year to HTK.
