Hawthorn Resources Corp. has launched a $500,000 non-brokered private placement to fund its property costs and general capital needs, and has extended a payment deadline for its Broken Handle project option agreement. The placement involves selling common shares with resale restrictions and possible finder’s fees. The company has also paid to extend an option payment deadline as part of its project acquisition strategy.
