Paul Cholakos, a director of Hawsons Iron Ltd, has increased his stake in the company through an indirect investment, acquiring 2,272,727 ordinary shares and the same number of listed options for a total consideration of $75,000. The transaction, part of a share placement, has raised his total holdings to over 5 million ordinary shares and listed options, on top of his existing unlisted options.
