Hatten Land Limited has resumed construction of the Harbour City project, including its retail spaces and theme park, after court approval of the restructuring plan. While the SATORI project is on hold, there have been no other significant changes to the company’s projects. Efforts are ongoing to finalize fundraising facilities, with updates promised as negotiations with financiers and bondholders progress.
