Hatten Land Limited Pursues Restructuring

Hatten Land Limited (SG:PH0) has released an update.

Hatten Land Limited has filed for judicial management to restructure the company and manage its affairs, proposing Deloitte representatives as interim judicial managers. Trading of the company’s shares has been halted and subsequently suspended pending court decisions. Alongside these efforts, Hatten Land has wound up an inactive subsidiary, Prolific Properties, which has been dormant since the pandemic.
