Hatten Land Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Gan Fong Jek as an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 28 March 2024. Additionally, Mr. Gan will serve as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating Committee. These changes are part of a broader reshuffle in the company’s Board and Board Committees.
