Harworth Group PLC has announced the issuance of 1,759 new ordinary shares at a nominal price of 10 pence each, following the exercise of options under its Save As You Earn Scheme. The new shares have been admitted to trading, resulting in a total of 324,929,304 ordinary shares in the company. This increase in share count provides shareholders with a new denominator for monitoring their shareholding percentages as per regulatory guidelines.
