Chris Birch, the General Counsel & Company Secretary of Harworth Group PLC, has been involved in a recent transaction involving the company’s shares. Birch exercised nil cost options under the Harworth Group plc Restricted Share Plan and subsequently sold 11,804 shares on the London Stock Exchange at £1.915 each, as disclosed in an initial notification.
