Harworth Group PLC has issued 12,412 new ordinary shares under its 2019 Share Incentive Plan, increasing the total number of shares to 324,941,716. This move allows shareholders to reassess their stake in the company in line with regulatory transparency rules. Harworth continues to focus on sustainable land regeneration across the North of England and Midlands.
