Peter Henry, Director of Sustainability at Harworth Group PLC, has engaged in an initial notification transaction involving the exercise of nil cost options and subsequent sale of 25,024 ordinary shares at £1.881 each on September 17, 2024. The transactions took place outside a trading venue and on the London Stock Exchange respectively.
