Harvey Norman Announces Director Departure

Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd (AU:HVN) has released an update.

Harvey Norman Holdings Limited has announced the cessation of David Matthew Ackery as a director of the company as of April 30, 2024. Ackery’s final interests in the company were disclosed, including 838,565 ordinary shares and over 210,000 performance rights. Additional holdings through trusts under his management were also reported.
