Harvest Minerals Limited, a producer of organic fertilizers, has announced a £1,000,000 equity issue to fund further development of their Arapua Project and to settle director fees with new shares. The issue will consist of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares at 1p each, with net proceeds aimed at expanding Rare Earth Elements exploration and covering operational costs. The company emphasizes the equity issue as a sign of business strength, marking the first fundraising in over six years.
