Hartshead Resources Ltd is set to acquire a 19.99% stake in Prominence Energy for $389,000, with HHR’s Executive Chairman Bevan Tarratt joining Prominence’s board as an Executive Director. The investment by HHR, a successful explorer in the UK’s Southern Gas Basin, is expected to enhance Prominence’s value for shareholders as it moves towards significant gas production. Additionally, Alex Parks will retire as Managing Director of Prominence, and Quinton Meyers is appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
