Hargreaves Services (GB:HSP) has released an update.
Hargreaves Services PLC has announced a delay in the publication of its preliminary results for the year ended May 31, 2024, due to additional time required to complete audit procedures for its German joint venture, Hargreaves Raw Materials Services GmbH. The new date for the announcement is set for no later than August 6, 2024, pushed back from the initial date of July 31, 2024. Despite the delay, the Board anticipates reporting results that meet or exceed market expectations.
