Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 163,079 ordinary shares at 43.06 pence each as of June 13, 2024. This buyback leaves the company with 365,293,295 ordinary shares remaining in issue, each with one vote, and no shares held in Treasury. Shareholders may use this new total to assess their notification requirements for any changes in share capital interest.
