Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc has recently announced the buy-back and cancellation of 205,334 ordinary shares at a price of 42.47 pence each. Following this transaction, the total number of remaining ordinary shares is 364,930,755, each with one voting right. Shareholders can use this information as the denominator for any required disclosures concerning their shareholding changes.
