Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc has announced plans to launch a new subscription offer for ordinary shares, targeting the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 tax years, with a prospectus to be published soon detailing the offer’s specifics. The company will make a further announcement when the subscription offer officially launches, and the offer will be subject to detailed terms and conditions. This offer will not be valid in jurisdictions where it would breach local securities laws and is primarily directed at UK residents.
