Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc has announced the appointment of Justin Ward as a non-executive director of Schroder British Opportunities Trust plc, effective from July 1, 2024. Ward, who is already serving as an independent non-executive director for Hargreave Hale, will take over as Chair after SBO’s AGM on September 18, 2024.
