Harbour Energy PLC has announced that Control Empresarial de Capitales, S.A. de C.V., has crossed a significant threshold in its shareholding, now owning 5.002% of the company. The Mexican-based entity reached this new level of ownership on September 12, 2024, and subsequently informed Harbour Energy on the following day. This change in shareholding could potentially impact Harbour Energy’s governance and future strategic decisions.
