Harbour Energy PLC has announced a change in major holdings, with EIG Global Energy Partners, LLC reporting a decrease in their voting rights from 9.32% to 8.75%, now holding a total of 125,983,303 voting rights as of October 3, 2024. The notification details indicate that R. Blair Thomas maintains a significant indirect influence over the voting rights through a series of controlled undertakings.
