Harbour Digital Asset Capital Limited (HK:0913) has released an update.

Harbour Digital Asset Capital Limited has announced a new share placement at a discount, issuing up to 59,136,336 shares to at least six independent placees, aiming to raise around HK$14 million for working capital and future investments. The placement, executed by Astrum Capital Management Limited, will not require shareholder approval and is contingent on certain conditions being met. Investors are cautioned that this placement may or may not proceed to completion.
