With a wealth of experience from previous senior roles at Berkshire Hills Bancorp and State Street Corporation, Finocchio brings extensive financial expertise to the company. Alongside his executive duties, he will also serve as the Principal Accounting Officer. Finocchio’s compensation includes a $400,000 annual base salary, potential bonuses, equity incentives, and additional benefits, with a severance package secured under a Change in Control Agreement.
