Hapbee Technologies Secures CA$2.72 Million Funding

Hapbee Technologies (TSE:HAPB) has released an update.

Hapbee Technologies has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising CA$2.72 million by issuing over 22 million units priced at CA$0.12 each. These funds are earmarked for further product and business development, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period and the offering included share purchase warrants exercisable until mid-2026.
