Hapbee Technologies, Inc. successfully raised $2.7 million CAD through a non-brokered private placement, aiming to use the funds to accelerate the company’s growth by expanding distribution, designing new products, and increasing marketing efforts. The placement involved units priced at $0.12, each comprising a share and a half warrant, with the warrants exercisable at $0.24 per share for two years. The additional capital is intended for product and business development, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
