Haoxi Health Technology Limited Class A has entered into a cooperation agreement with Wuhan Yiya Simei Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. to promote the latter’s services across various media platforms. The contract, effective from May 1 to December 31, 2024, will involve a minimum spend of RMB 40 million on advertising services, with specifics to be determined by ongoing service orders. Both parties have outlined their respective rights and obligations, including adherence to advertising laws and ensuring the necessary business qualifications are maintained.
