Hansard Global plc announces the retirement of CEO Graham Sheward, effective from August 2, 2024, after three years of service. Thomas Morfett, a board member and CFO with nearly two decades of industry experience, is set to take over as the new CEO, while also continuing as CFO temporarily. The company acknowledges Sheward’s contributions in achieving strategic goals and is optimistic about Morfett’s future impact.
