Hanover Bancorp, Inc. has welcomed Michael Thaden to its Board of Directors and to the board of its subsidiary, Hanover Community Bank. Thaden’s appointment, effective immediately, is in line with an agreement with Castle Creek Capital Partners, which has reached a significant ownership stake in the company. He will serve on the boards until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with no current committee assignments or related party transactions requiring disclosure.
