Key approvals included the 2023 Annual Report, Profit Distribution Plan, re-appointment of audit firms, and the appointment of an independent non-executive director. Shareholders also endorsed the Board’s mandate to issue debt financing instruments and shares, as well as a guarantee plan for subsidiaries for 2024.
